The Nigeria I Dream Of.

      There is a country I love so much and would still want to be a citizen of if reincarnation chooses to exist. The country of my birth, the reason I can lift my head up high and walk boldly when I happen to leave its borders.
       Though this great country of mine is being faced with so many challenges, I still bank all my hope and faith in a brigher and more beautiful Nigeria which others choose not to wish for. For a precious stone like gold to be more beautiful and adorable than its raw state it has to go through a refining process, I consider Nigeria's challenges as the refining process because I know and I wish that there will be a better Nigeria.
  • The Nigeria I dream of is a Nigeria devoid of corruption, tribalism, and lawlessness.
  • The Nigeria I dream of is a country with the best educational system and institutions which will attract students from all over the world whereby curbing educational tourism abroad.
  • The Nigeria I dream of is a country that will be a business destination for investors all around the world.
  • The Nigeria I dream of is a country where girl child education is considered very important and as a vital tool for the development of the society in all parts of the country.
  • The Nigeria I dream of is a secured Nigeria where one can freely move and do business without fear of bomb blast or being robbed.
  • The Nigeria I dream of is a country where medical tourism will be greatly reduced  because of the availability of equipped world class hospitals.
  • The Nigeria I dream  of is a Nigeria whose Naira will be listed among currencies with the highest value in the world.  
         All these and many more are possible if we seek God's help and direction and most of all believe in HIM...
         - Remember let the positive change start from you, NIGERIA can only be better if we try to make it..

Two persons are feared dead and 13 buses destroyed on Friday night after some  hoodlums attacked the buses  carrying sensitive electoral materials to Obot Akara local government area of the state. According to an eye witness report was the victims died as a result of gun battle between the hoodlums and the security personnels on election duties at Nto Edino, the headquarters of Obot-Akara, during the distribution of sensitive materials for the postponed Presidential and National Assembly elections. Breaking News!! Akpabio resigns as Senate Minority leader

He disclosed this in a letter dated August 4, addressed to the Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Emmanuel Bwacha. He, however, did not state any reason for the resignation. Akpabio, however, thanked the senate leadership and referred to the PDP as “our great party”, “for giving him the opportunity to lead the caucus for three years.” See his resignation letter below… Rumors have it that Senator Akpabio has his eye on the seat of the senate president. Is Amina B. Zakari incharge of Inec Logistics?

In October, 2018 the Independent National Electoral Commission reshuffled chairmanship positions of 5 out of 15 of its committees. Amina Zakari was the then Chairman of Electoral operations and Logistics. As a result of this action she was given a new chairmanship position to head the Health and welfare committee. In January 2019, Amina was given a new role as the Chairman of the committee on collation centers. So the news going around on social media accusing her of spear heading the postponment of the February 16th election is FALSE as she is not in charge of Electoral operations and Logistics but rather Professor Okechukwu Ibeanu.
