Twitter has been buzzing non-stop ever since photos of this little girl above, aged 10 allegedly getting married to a 28 year old man in Kano surfaced online. The wedding is said to have taken place this past Sunday.

Amina Zakari was the then Chairman of Electoral operations and Logistics. As a result of this action she was given a new chairmanship position to head the Health and welfare committee. In January 2019, Amina was given a new role as the Chairman of the committee on collation centers. So the news going around on social media accusing her of spear heading the postponment of the February 16th election is FALSE as she is not in charge of Electoral operations and Logistics but rather Professor Okechukwu Ibeanu.
